With the majority of our community now comfortable with attending events and/or are vaccinated, face masks are now optional to attend our LIVE in-person workshops and classes. Wearing a face mask will be up to each individual person’s choice. If you are comfortable with attending knowing this, then we welcome you with open arms. We are here for everyone, in the way that feels most in alignment for YOU. We do ask and expect that if you are not feeling well, you let us know and we will process one of the following: Credit you for another in-person class, you can attend an online class, or we can give you a refund.

Meet Amie Wade

Amie Wade is a Certified Life Coach; Certified Mindy, Body, Spirit Practitioner; Reiki Master/Teacher; Certified Angel Card Reader; Certified 200-hour yoga teacher.

Her life experiences were contributing factors of feeling hopelessness and having suicidal thoughts almost daily and drove her to use alcohol as a means of coping with her unhealthy emotions. With the information she gained from taking the certification courses she learned to heal her painful emotions and release her addiction.

Now her desire is to help guide women in feeling empowered as they navigate their emotional healing journey with the intention of being confident in living a spiritual-based life with a powerful sense of self-love.

Meet Sandra Romanski

Sandra has been a lover of movement since a very young age. She was a competitive gymnast and went on to receive her BFA in Performance and Choreography in dance. This path eventually led her to yoga using it to transform her life.

Sandra finds her thrive in learning, sharing the knowledge she continues to learn with others, and creating spaces where people can do the same. 

She has obtained her 500-hour yoga certification as well as Trauma Sensitive Teacher certification and Mind Body Recovery Coaching certification, which involves exploring different ways to recognize patterns of being stuck both physically and mentally, and is currently working on receiving her Yoga Therapy Certification.
